Silicon Valley CALA's Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Bill Parrish, the Chairman of Directors of Silicon Valley Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse (SVCALA) was born and raised in San Jose and attended Moorpark Elementary and Del Mar High School. He also attended West Valley College for two years and then obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Bill also has his Master's degree in Public Administration from USF. Bill is also currently serving as a full-time Executive Director of the Santa Clara Medical Association.
